Qualification : Any specialization or Degree in HR 

Experience : Min 2 to 3 Years 

Salary : Rs. 25,000 /- to 30,0000 /- 

Desired Candidate's Profile : 

• Excellent Communication Skills (Both Verbal & Written).
• Proven experience as an HR Executive.
• Experience in Financial Industries will be a plus.
• Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.
• Good knowledge of employment / labor laws.
• Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems.
• Problem-solving.
• Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach.

Roles & Responsibilities : 

• Administer compensation and benefit plans.
• Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
• Payroll Processing, TDS Calculation, Leave & attendance Management.
• Conduct employee orientation, onboarding and help organize training & development activities.
• Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve if any issues.
• Promote HR programs to create an efficient workplace.
• Require documents Preparation - Offer letter, Appointment letter, Warning letter, etc.
• Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies.
• Undertake tasks around performance management.
• Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates.
• Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
• Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities.
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations.
